My mother made these when we had company. She would serve them with rice.
Serves 8 to10. Feel free to cut the recipe in half.
Meatballs
• 2 lbs. of ground beef
• 2 cups bread crumbs
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 eggs, beaten
• seasoning
Gently mix together all the ingredients and shape into one-inch balls and place in a shallow baking dish. I find the rubbing a little oil on your hands helps the mixture to not stick to your hands.
Sauce
• 1 cup of ketchup
• 2/3 cup of water
• 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Bring to a gentle boil in a sauce pan and pour over the meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350° for 50 minutes. Be sure the meatballs are all covered with sauce and baste as they cook.

Thanks, Nancy, I'll be trying these!
