Cheddar Beer Spread
• 2 ½ cups grated old cheddar cheese
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• ½ tsp. dry mustard
• 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
• 2 drops of hot sauce
• ½ cup of warm beer stir reduce bubbles (drink the rest)
• Salt and pepper
In a bowl combine the first 5 ingredients. Gradually add beer. Taste and adjust seasonings. Pack into a crock and refrigerate overnight.

Crocked Cheese
• 8 oz. 2% cottage cheese
• 1 cup grated old cheddar
• ½ cup of softened butter
• 1 Tbs. chopped green onion
• 2 Tbs. beer
• 1 tsp. jarred mustard
• 1 tsp. paprika
• Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients and chill overnight
Layered Crab Dip and Cocktail Sauce
• 1 package of softened cream cheese
• 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
• 1-½ tsps. Lemon juice
• Chopped green onions
• Cocktail sauce (chili sauce, horseradish, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire and hot sauce)
• Crabmeat or baby shrimp
Blend room temperature cream cheese Worcestershire and lemon juice together and spread into a pie plate. Simply layer crabmeat, cocktail sauce and green onions over the top. Serve with crackers or bread.
