Ultimate Grilled Cheese

Bacon fat

Slices of Applewood cheddar

Grated Gruyere cheese

Grated parmesan cheese

Sourdough bread

Butter at room temperature


Prepare the sandwich with one slice of cheddar and a handful of Gruyere on the inside. Spread butter on the outside of the bread and grate the Parmesan on the outside on the butter of the sandwich. Melt bacon fat in a frying pan.  Grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides. About 2-3 minutes each side. Serve with pickles and a glass of milk.
